Immune Repertoire Sequencing Service
NGS-based BCR, TCR Sequencing, Ultrasensitive MRD Monitoring
Overview
Ultra-sensitive Monitoring of B-cell, T-cell Clonality
Immune Repertoire often represents an individual’s current immunological status, whether healthy, vaccinated, diseased or infected. At Celemics, we offer the most advanced Immune Repertoire profiling service to provide you with a comprehensive analysis of B-cell and T-cell clonality.
Our cutting-edge high-throughput NGS analysis enables to fully profile immune repertoire with accuracy and precision. With Celemics’ Immune Repertoire sequencing service, you’ll receive an ultra-sensitive, accurate, and optimized profiling of IgH, IgK, TRB, and TRG with complete V(D)J variable regions. Trust Celemics to provide you with the most reliable and effective data acquisition, integration, and interpretation available.
Features & Benefits
Molecular Barcode Technology for Quantitative Clonality Analysis with Ultra-high Sensitivity and Accuracy
Our advanced NGS-based analysis provides complex antibody libraries with millions of sequences, all in a single experiment. At Celemics, we developed proprietary molecular barcode technology to analyze the immunoglobulin and T-cell receptor repertoire, providing a comprehensive BCR/TCR analysis for each clone. With our molecular barcodes, we can identify individual antibody clones within a library and identify major and minor clones, giving you a complete picture of your sample and helping you make informed decisions for your research.

Tracking of Clonal Frequencies for Each Sample
Monoclonality can be analyzed by sequencing the rearrangement pattern of lymphocyte receptor DNA in the bone marrow or peripheral blood of patients with lymphoproliferative disorders. The unique rearrangement DNA sequences of all lymphocytes in the specimen are analyzed by sequencing, and are ranked based on the proportion of each unique sequence. Unique rearrangement DNA is considered a monoclonal sequence and is used as a target for minimal residual disease (MRD) monitoring tests.
At Celemics, we take care to minimize the omission of unique sequences, ensuring that you get the most complete picture of your sample and the best results possible.
