The Celemics Double-stranded cDNA Synthesis Kit is designed to provide an optimized template for NGS-based RNA sequencing. The kit includes all necessary components for the process from first-strand synthesis to double-stranded cDNA enabling seamless NGS library preparation. With exceptional stability and performance, the kit enables accurate and efficient cDNA synthesis even from low-amount RNA samples, while significantly reducing reaction time.

- Sample amount : 25 ng to 1 μg (as low as 10 ng)*
- Assay time : 30 minutes for RNA fragmentation and 2 hours for strand synthesis
