End-to-end Customized Target Enrichment Panel
Celemics target enrichment panel employs hybridization-based capture technology to enable targeted sequencing, facilitating the analysis of specific regional sequences of entire genomes. It accurately analyzes various types of mutations, including single nucleotide variants (SNVs), insertions/deletions (InDels), copy number variations (CNVs), and rearrangements.
Celemics’ target enrichment panel utilizes our proprietary probe design, rebalancing, blocker, and assay optimization technologies to efficiently analyze not only hard-to-capture areas such as GC-rich and homologous regions, but also tiny amounts of damaged DNA or RNA originated from circulating tumor cells or FFPE samples.
Celemics has successfully developed and delivered over 1,000 custom panels. Our target enrichment approach specifically isolates genomic regions of interest, leading to enhanced sensitivity in detecting genetic mutations through increased coverage with cost-effectiveness.

Exceptional Capture Performance, even in GC-rich and Homologous Regions
GC-rich and homologous regions are often challenging to capture, and some vendors deliberately exclude these regions, making it difficult to analyze important mutations. However, Celemics uses proprietary technology to ensure excellent capture capabilities, even in these areas. We provide custom target region analysis results and discuss all the details with our customers to ensure they don’t miss any important information embedded in these regions.
Robust Performance of Assessing DNA and RNA Across Various Specimen Quality
Obtaining reliable NGS data from DNA and RNA extracted from FFPE, ctDNA, and specimens with low viral loads can be challenging. However, Celemics’ assay optimization technology enables our customers to analyze such specimens with market-leading performance. Simple Rapid Workflow
Target enrichment workflows are often considered complex and time-consuming. However, Celemics has developed a unique and streamlined workflow that reduces errors, hands-on time, and overall processing time. Our simplified enzymatic library preparation with fast hybridization workflow enables us to reduce both time and internal costs, while maintaining excellent performance.
The conventional NGS workflow typically requires heavy instruments in the process, such as size and amount characterization for library normalization and a vacuum concentrator for hybridization mix concentration. However, Celemics provides a new workflow that eliminates the need for these heavy instruments. Our unique workflow also allows complete walkaway automation, eliminating the need for multiple manual steps that are required with conventional kits that use heavy instruments. With Celemics’ workflow, samples do not need to be taken out from the automation machine until the end of the process, which improves efficiency and reduces errors.

Real QC of All Customized Panel
Current in-silico methods make it difficult to accurately predict DNA capture levels, which can only be determined through actual demo experiments. It’s important for customers to know their panel’s performance before using it in their laboratory. That’s why all of our customized panels undergo performance validation experiments using reference DNA, and we send the test results to our customers before they begin using them in their laboratory. This allows customer to verify that all the variants of interest are analyzable, to detect any false negatives, and to calculate the number of samples that can be sequenced in a single NGS run.
Easy “Click-to-Report” Bioinformatics Service
We offer the Celemics Analysis Service (CAS) to assist customers in need of bioinformatics support. The CAS system allows for easy data transmission via a single-click and automated upload process. Our team of bioinformatics experts provide complete support, eliminating the need for third-party bioinformaticians. CAS also offers real-time troubleshooting at every stage of analysis, and can be customized according to the specific needs of the client.
In addition, we provide comprehensive clinical interpretation services through a CAP-accredited partner.
