Metagenomic Sequencing
셀레믹스의 Metagenomic 시퀀싱 패널을 통해 미생물 군집에 어떤 미생물이 포함되어 있는지 분석할 수 있습니다.
세균 및 고세균의 16S V4 (또는 V3-V4) 영역 및 곰팡이류의 18S ITS1 (또는 ITS1-ITS2) 영역을 PCR로 증폭하고, CeleMag 비드를 사용하여 정제 후 NGS를 수행합니다. 독자적으로 개발한 분석 파이프라인을 통해 다양한 분석 보고서를 작성하여 제공합니다.
