독자적인 프로브 디자인 기술

셀레믹스에서는 디자인된 모든 프로브에 대해 실제 실험을 하여 성능을 평가합니다. 많은 회사들이 In silico 방법만으로 프로브의 캡처 수준과 친화력을 예측하고 있으나 실제 실험 결과와는 많이 다릅니다. 따라서 프로브의 성능을 정확히 알기 위해서는 디자인된 후에 실제 실험을 통해 캡처 성능을 확인해야 합니다.

셀레믹스는 디자인된 프로브의 성능을 보장하기 위해 다음과 같은 과정을 거칩니다.

빅데이터 기반 프로브 디자인 프로세스를 활용하여 타겟 영역에 대한 최적의 프로브 조합을 선택합니다. 그 후 표준물질을 통해 실제 실험을 통해 프로브 성능 검증을 수행하고 ‘Rebalancing’을 통해 Coverage와 Uniformity를 보정합니다.
